Years of her time at the ARDC were served as Chief of Litigation and Professional Education. In that role, she continued to litigate major cases at the office, as well as supervise the litigation staff. In addition, she was a leading presenter of CLE programming, improving and developing programs for the office. As a result of her leadership roles in national organizations including the National Organization of Bar Counsel (Immediate Past President) and the ABA Government and Public Sector Lawyers’ Division (Vice-Chair) and her decades long work with National Institute for Trial Advocacy, she has insight and contacts into issues spanning the breadth of professional responsibility and litigation issues. Her experience provides her with contacts nationwide on matters involving best practices for lawyer and law-firm education. She is currently the Harry B. Reese Teaching Professor of Practice at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where since 2000 she has primarily taught classes in Professional Responsibility.
